BEIJING, Aug. 12 (Xinhua) -- August 12 is World Calligraphy Day. This annual celebration, on the second Wednesday of August, is the day when art meets handwriting. Founded by Manuscript Pen Company in 2017, World Calligraphy Day brings enthusiasts together to celebrate the art of ink and penmanship. It is an opportunity for discussion, practice, learning and celebration of this beautiful art form.

So let's celebrate and appreciate the mastery and beauty of hand lettering!
